How to track
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you have an account, you can also view your order status by logging in.
When will tracking update?
Tracking activates once the carrier scans your parcel, usually within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with a transit time of 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days in total.

If your tracking hasn’t updated, or your parcel is delayed, email support@mooimuse.co with your order number and we’ll look into it right away. For full delivery details, see our Shipping Policy. Your order ships delivered duty paid — all import VAT and customs are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
